31 May PHC ANNOUNCE THE APPOINTMENT OF NEW HARBOUR MASTER
Poole Harbour Commissioners are delighted to announce that Harry Gregory has been appointed as our new Harbour Master.
Harry Gregory joins us from Littlehampton Harbour in West Sussex where he has held the posts of Harbour Master, Deputy Harbour Master, Pilot and RNLI Inshore Lifeboat Helm. As Harbour Master, Harry also fulfilled the role of Chief Executive and reported directly to the Board of Commissioners.
Harry is thrilled to be joining the PHC team on 1 September and looks forward to returning to the Harbour where he spent much of his youth kitesurfing, yachting and dinghy sailing.
Captain Brian Murphy, PHC’s current Harbour Master and Marine & Port Director and future PHC CEO from 1 July, said “I am delighted that Harry will be joining PHC. He has a wealth of experience as a Harbour Master in Littlehampton and I am looking forward to welcoming him to Poole”.
