Poole Harbour Commissioners is delighted to announce that Poole Quay Boat Haven has successfully retained its prestigious 5 Gold Anchor status following the latest Gold Anchor Assessment.
Achieving an outstanding score of 92.77%, the marinas recorded the highest assessment result in their history, reflecting the exceptional standards of facilities, customer service and marina management delivered across both sites.
The Gold Anchor Award Scheme, operated by the Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), has been assessing marinas around the world for more than 25 years. Widely recognised as a trusted benchmark of quality, the scheme evaluates marinas against a comprehensive set of criteria, including customer experience, facilities, operations and environmental management.
Poole Quay Boat Haven remains the only marina in the UK to hold all three of TYHA’s prestigious accreditations: 5 Gold Anchor, Superyacht Ready and Clean Marina.
