Poole Harbour Commissioners are pleased to announce that we are seeking to employ a new Stevedore for our Port Operations team.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure that their daily tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner, as directed by the Foreman.
This may include the following tasks:
- Washing of Quays
- Moving of Cargoes
- Shovelling and trimming
- Loading and unloading of vessels
- Working at height
- Working in ships holds and on deck
